Substitute Preschool Teacher at Children's Arena

Now you have the opportunity to help create a preschool that is the Children's Arena! We need substitute preschool teachers for the coming year, both for parental leave and as resources.

Who are we?

The preschool area consists of 9 preschools in the municipality's outer area. Josefine Modig is responsible for the Stenstorp, Gudhem, and Broddetorp preschools. The principals work together in a leadership team based on common pedagogical decisions documented in the area's educational plan.

Our vision is "The preschool is the children's arena" and here you can make a difference for every child you meet. By having a co-researching and process-oriented approach, we together create meaningful contexts for children's care and learning.

What can we offer you?

At our preschools, we see opportunities in collegial learning and experience exchange. Our different competencies and experiences enrich and with us, different is good! In our preschool area, there are several key persons who can support and inspire collegial learning based on their competencies.

Joint professional development and focus groups within the area are seen as a prerequisite for developing teaching and children's education. The educators work with systematic quality work.

All teams receive regular pedagogical guidance from our developer, which means that in collegial learning, they develop teaching and education. Our developer is also regularly on-site where she challenges and supports teams to move forward and develop projects and learning environments.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for you who are a trained preschool teacher and who puts the Child at the center! We are looking for you who have pedagogical insight and who are an engaged and present educator. You are curious, committed, and have a co-researching approach.

Your ability to collaborate is very good, and you have a low-affect approach in your interactions with children, colleagues, and guardians. Since it is important that your skills complement the rest of the staff group and match the needs of the child group, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
